AWH JOB FAIR

       One of the biggest challenges that employers face is attracting skilled worker force who can help the business achieve its goals. It can be difficult for companies to attract applications from qualified candidates. Job fairs are a common recruitment channel that present several potential benefits to the companies that attend them.​

      From attending a job fair employers can benefit in many ways (1) Gain access to a large number of candidates in a one-stop environment. (2) Increase brand awareness.(3) An opportunity to meet with non-traditional candidates. (4) Meet and network with other corporations.

     The companies can register for the job fair through the Enskill app. The company will have a login were they can post the JD  and track the complete selection process from  first round to the final round. The registered students can also view the JD details of your company and can apply for the post.
